Linzy Cassell
Founder & CEO
Part of the reason why Synergy Property Solutions provides such a wide range of services for property owners is because Linzy Cassell can’t help herself.
Dedicated to helping as many people as she possibly can, Linzy has spent years building relationships with a multitude of contractors and other business professionals. Developing that vast network has given her the insight and the bold vision to create a one-stop shop for all property needs – and to make sure things are done the right way, not the cheapest.
A Colorado native with roughly a decade of working with roofs and exteriors, Linzy is a trailblazer in the industry. She’s the first female certified in Colorado for Conklin Metal Roofing systems, and she is driving to change the culture of the contracting industry. Through her partnerships, and under Synergy’s all-inclusive umbrella, the aim is to complete projects with one another, not compete for projects with one another.
This isn’t a fly-by-night company that just shows up when the storms hit. Instead, Linzy has focused on coordinating everything for her client. That’s more than just inspecting and making repairs, but also navigating through the confusing insurance claims process to make sure Synergy’s clients are awarded properly on their policies.

In my role, I focus on clear communication and efficient coordination, working closely with our team to deliver seamless experiences for both residential and commercial projects. My passion for helping clients and problem-solving drives my work every day.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors—whether it’s boating, hiking, camping, horseback riding, or tending to my chickens. These activities fuel my energy and keep me grounded, bringing balance to both my personal life and professional work.

Cara Frink
Property Solutions Manager
Cara brings over 26 years of customer service experience to Synergy Property Solutions. With a strong background in attention to detail and client care from her restaurant career, she is excited to apply those skills to the roofing industry. Cara enjoys learning every step of the process, from the initial inspection to seeing a roof come together. Outside of work, you’ll find her hiking and spending time outdoors with her dog, Kane.
Niki Benjamin
Paint Doctor
Working hard is the only way Niki Benjamin knows how to do it. Dedicated and driven, Niki is a Senior Sales Associate that heads up the paint division for Synergy Property Solutions.
Niki is a multi-tasking wizard that can handle anything thrown her way. She handles problems on the fly and prides herself on her ability to deliver quick, creative remedies to keep the process moving. She has extensive knowledge in the painting realm, with more than a decade of experience – from owning her own interior painting company to working with warranties at Vivax.
She brings that strong work ethic to the table with every project she works on. A self-described ‘Jill of All Trades’, Niki is an integral part of the team that provides compassionate, honest integrity every step of the way.
